FAQ

Wholesale questions, answered

The things buyers ask us most often before opening an account. If your question is not here, our desk will answer it directly.

What is your minimum order quantity?+

Our standard MOQ is 10 units per model. Mixed lots across models and grades are accepted, and first-time buyers are welcome to start with a small test order before scaling up.

How is pricing released?+

Live wholesale pricing is released to approved buyer accounts. Submit the buyer account application and you will receive the priced stock sheet once approved.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Bank wire and ACH for domestic buyers, and wire transfer for international orders. Approved repeat accounts may be offered terms after a purchase history is established.

How do you grade devices?+

We use a documented A through F cosmetic scale, and every unit is tested with Phonecheck software. All grades refer to cosmetic condition unless otherwise stated; known defects are disclosed separately.

Are devices unlocked?+

Both factory unlocked and carrier-locked lots are available. Lock status is listed per line on the stock sheet, and mixed-carrier lots are priced accordingly.

Do you export internationally?+

Yes. We operate a Dubai office dedicated to international orders and regularly ship to buyers across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, preparing export documentation in-house.

What is your warranty?+

Graded A–C devices carry a 30-day functional warranty; DOA units are replaced or credited in full. Grade F / AS-IS units are sold without warranty.

Can I get an inventory spreadsheet?+

Yes. Approved dealers receive the live inventory as a spreadsheet with model, storage, color, grade, carrier, quantity, and price.

Do you buy inventory?+

We do. If you have trade-in stock, returns, or overstock to move, contact our desk with quantities and grades for an offer.

Do I get a dedicated contact?+

Every active account is assigned an account manager who knows your buy list, grade tolerances, and reorder schedule.
